Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new drafting company in Brisbane which focusses on designing boutique houses, developments (townhouses and splitter blocks) and renovations. We would like to see designs that use Charcoal or black and maybe green in the colour. We would like the logo to not have a house symbol in it. We would love it to be modern, stylish and impactful. We also own a building company called LanCon Qld which is blue.
