Logo Design Brief

For a new small consultancy firm (active in project/program/change management in the financial sector) I'm looking for a logo.
Logo should be clean and simple, preferably in one colour. It can contain text (either "Con4s" or "Consultancy Force") but this is not an absolute requirement if it's sufficiently recognizable/unique.
Company mission is to deliver experienced consultants for high end management consulting in the financial sector or governmental departments; to deliver a consultant that can make a difference and that can shape/create companies or departments; to facilitate/initiate improvements and growth.
