Logo Design Brief

We need a trendy and minimal logo design for our new Poke (fish salad) restaurant "Swell Poké Co." (We would like Swell to be on it's own line and Poké Co. to be somewhere below it.) We would like a fun logo that also has a sort of serious feel. A design that appeals to millennial men and women. We would like to incorporate a fish or maybe a fish hook or a fishing pole or possibly a wave or water. I've enclosed pictures that are close to what we would like to have. I have also included a color palette of colors that we like and plan to use often.
