Wordpress Design Brief

Need a complete website with eCommerce.
Company: A new brand of bike (freeride) clothing...not the lycra stuff!

I have a design concept I have put together in Illustrator (see screen shots attached and below is a link to drop box with the full file - it was too heavy to attach here). The drop box folder also has images to use in the demo site. Refer to:
1) Landing Page - front page with images
2) Website - each subsequent page
3) Images folder
4) Logo for the website

The above is my vision. Any design tips/suggestions to make it better are welcome. I want it to be easy to use and navigate and it needs to look RAD!

I do actually have a word press version of this with the first page already set up - if this can help?
I would like it up and running in 2 weeks (??), if possible.

I need to be able to turn on and off pages as I like, add products easily, team members etc.

I need eCommerce set up:
1) Direct to the public with pricing, shopping cart, online payment, shipping etc.
2) Wholesaler login. Same structure as public but I would need to pre-approve and set up any wholesalers to access this section, and it has different pricing.
I want to be able to turn on/off either of the above, ie: I might only use one or the other at one time.

  Easily viewable photos of the product - easy to scroll between shots and to enlarge where needed.
  Link to facebook and social media for the news sections, liking etc.
  Crew section - link to that specific persons feed ie: on facebook/instagram
