Logo Design Brief

We are a staffing firm that has been in operation for 12 years and are currently in the process of creating a sister company that will also be in staffing, but supporting a different sector of business. We are looking for a modern logo, but not something futuristic looking. We would prefer to have NSS in the logo and possibly an additional option with National Search Services. We are considering the color schemes of purple and a neutral (grey/white). The purple shade we like is not neon, but not deep purple either. I like PMS 2597, 2593, 2603, 2587, but I'm not set on any of those, just to give you a shade rage idea. We have considered an ombre/fading color design, but again, not set on anything.
