[Website design criteria]

Develop a unique and 'different' legal website that focuses on collaborative divorce. I have a successful adversarial divorce practice and am branching out. My current website is "www.thedivorceguy.com" and "http://www.findlinglaw.com/Partners.html" for the law firm.

As an aside, collaborative divorce is a mechanism by which the parties with their attorneys attempt to facilitate settlement vs. an adversarial proceeding. I like standing out (but respectful to the process (divorce) - so dare to be different)

When parties are committed to settlement and litigation is not an option, creativity and flexibility in problem solving becomes the norm. However, if cooperation and flexibility is not possible, a more traditional, adversiaral divorce is appropriate.
