Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for our start up tour operator business based in Launceston,Tasmania.The business is called Daming Tours. Daming is my Chinese name.It can mean a big bright adventure or Ming dynasty.
So what I was looking for was a dragon with a sun(but not colored red, bad feng sui) in the background with the words" Daming Tours " both in English and Mandarin.

• red background yellow sun.Move the sun behind the dragons head and the sun can not be red color.remove funny shape coming out of the dragons nose.
