Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my new practice based in St Albans, UK called 'Language Speaks'. I specialise in social communication skills and language delay and disorders. I work face to face and Skype. I want a logo that appeals to both age groups with colours that are professional and not child like. I want the logo to reflect any audience should I want to move into working with adults at a later stage. I have used the blue/terquoise/pink colours before but feel this is a bit dated now so open to ideas.
