Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a brand new logo for a new event creation/management company in Perth, Australia. We are called 'Sherbet Events'. We are looking to specialise in one-day events with a higher emphasis on decor and public engagement.
We would like to see designs that are above all simple and playful, that showcase popping sherbet in some way and we would like the incorporation of softer, brighter colours such as a soft light blue and pink.

Must have

• Softer bright colours
• Simple lines
• showcase popping sherbet/candy (possibly sprinkled from a hand or popping on a tongue)
• Coloured background
• The title 'Sherbet Events' to be very subtle and not a feature piece for the logo.

Nice to have

• Some sort of 3D effect

Should not have

• Simple lines in the shape of an 'S' or 'E'
• A white or black background
