what is the difference between EP and LP? music style or is the EP a promotional tool for the LP? Track listing?

An EP is short release not quite a full album 2-4 songs, in my case I will be releasing 3 songs all rock originals.

An LP is a full length record, in my case I will be releasing 9 songs some originals and some covers, some Christian Blues I wrote, some not.

In answer to the font question, feel free to come up with something new, if you do please let me know which font so I can match it on my website or give me access to the logo so I can stay consistent, thanks!
