Logo Design Brief

We need a logo that represents our new company in Richmond, VA. We have purchased a commercial space and need a logo for the property management portion. The name is Gayton Park and they are charming and unique old colonial buildings in a pretty town. We are open to all ideas.

love the elegant and antiqued look. We would like to see some that might have a sketch of the building as it is very unique. I have uploaded a street view shot of the space. Or you could make a design with a vintage "G P" in it somehow. Just some ideas. We would like a more simple/elegant look and would like for the shape of the logo to be more square/circular.

• Would love to see a sketch of the building as it is very unique. (I have uploaded a street view shot of the space unique colonials.) We like ones that have some depth rather than 2D shapes.
• We would be open to ones that use the initials "GP" in an elegant design.
