Logo Design Brief

We need a logo and business card design for our new company, Optimum Living Spaces.

We build brand new homes where "Form and Function is United with Quality and Style". We consider our buildings to be a cut above the rest.

We are are looking for a stylish, modern and professional logo for our business - and stylish business cards to match!

We call our company OLS for short and are open to using OLS in the logo

We are open to designers ideas on colours, although we do prefer;

- Royal Blue/Cobalt Blue
- Gold
- Black
- Grey
- White
- Green

Attached are some ideas of logos and colours that we like. Again, we are open to ideas from designers and look forward to seeing your submissions.

Must have

• Open to designers ideas on colours, although we do like the following colours

• Want to stick to elegant and professional looking colours

Nice to have

• A stylish modern and professional logo
• Open to having the logo as "OLS" Optimum Living Spaces (like the PDS logo example - we really like that font and style of logo)
• A logo that has some form of a house in it - in a modern and stylish way
• We are open to your ideas

Should not have

• Too many different colours in the one logo. Keep it simple yet elegant.
