Logo Design Brief

Hello all! We are looking for a similar logo to the attached photo with
MASTERCRAFT under the home and CARPENTRY instead of builders. It does not have to be exact but something similar. Wanting Black and Silver design. This logo is for a high end residential custom home builder and needs to attract high end clients.

We also do a lot of timber frame and would like to see a timber frame logo with MC under the timber frame with MASTERCRAFT CARPENRY underneath.
