Magazine Design Brief

We need to create a double page spread for a magazine. We will attach dimension specs for the job. We will also post ideas to get you started - we have a theme we want to design around.

I have laid out must haves below. The left and right side of the two page lay out should be different. more of a title page on the left with company logo and required info, company statement, etc. the right side should have the bullet points laid out with background/supporting graphics.

Must have

• 1. use graphics, font, and colors from attached mineral brochure
• 2. use this attached "pump jack" photo
• 3. - On left side, over the pump jack graphic, include text about the company: “Since 2005, TexasFile has provided online access to courthouse records and mineral ownership data to companies and individuals across the country. • 4. on the right side, include the following bullet points:
• - Classified owner types

• - Filter by Lease Information
