Postcard Design Brief

We are owners of a property management and real estate company. We manage many residential buildings in our area and would like to send cards to neighboring propertiies. I have attached a card that was designed for us that we do not like but has pertinent information and branding, font style, etc. We want something that will grab people's attention as they sift through their junk mail.
