Logo Design Brief

I want a logo for my new salon . I want to use it on signage , business cards, I want it embroidered on uniforms too. I'm thinking maybe matte black background with pump in rose gold foil and then hair and beauty smaller under pump, then artistry under that in funky artistic writing. But I'm very open to suggestions . I also considered a foiled circle then the salon name cut out of the circle. I also have thought about some sort of illustration we could use as branding. I want something modern, funky, unisex, classy.
