Logo Design Brief
We need a brand-mark style logo to compliment our existing logo, for use on t-shirts, hats, some documents and similar uses in our company. We are a small machine shop specializing in small, often times precise components primarily for the aerospace, electronics and medical industries. We have shifted our focus from doing all types of machining, to focusing on production of "best fit" components. This means a more narrow customer base, of more key customers.
Our current logo is limiting because of it's shape and text size. We do like our current "TC" on the logo, but it needs to be adapted to a single brand-mark.
Note: We do not intend to replace our current logo. The overall theme and colors should be similar to our existing logo.
What we are after is really an adapted version of our existing "TC" that is currently on our attached "Toolcraft" logo. The problem is the shape of the "TC" is currently too spread out, so we need this re-shaped to be a stand-alone logo (perhaps some angles changed and some trimming is all that is needed).

Requirements
Must have
- A recognizable brandmark that can be used on a variety of items (shirts, documents, business cards, web pages, labels). The logo should be adapted form our existing "TC" logo, but be re-shaped to be a stand-alone logo.
Nice to have
- A simple logo that is still unique.
Should not have
- A fundamental change from our existing logo design. We are not currently looking to re-brand.
