Logo Design Brief

We need a logo that can represent the company we envision. The brand is called KIS (Keep it Simple)
We want to value simplicity and positivity in our brand. Our mission is to campaign every 3-6 months for a charity or foundation. We created shirts to represent that group and sell to the public which 100% of profits go to the charity or foundation of choice. But first and foremost we are a clothing brand so I want a logo that has simplicity and positivity in it, and in a creative way.
