Size of the brochure: Is it A4 folds to A5 which is it? And where are you located US or Europe since paper size standard differs.

Who are 80% of your target clients? Gender? Age? etc
What would you like the brochure to say at first glance, if you can say it in one sentence?
Since no picture is provided, would you like us to use stock images?
Do you have a particular design preference or company branding you want us to follow?
