The template that is uploaded is not a square format. (3.5" x 2") I can use the curve info and make it square, You would need to inform your print shop. This will probably take a couple of hours of my time, so was wondering whether the budget is set on $20. I can do the job but I'll feel a bit robbed.

i did not upload a templet. i requested a specific card.
