Podcast Design Brief

I am looking for a very slick web 2.0 design for a crime-based internet radio show or podcast. I have a logo which can be reworked or reimagined and a very specific idea of what I want...

However I don't want an exact copy. I would like to take the elements and reimagine them in a way that is just as bold but certainly different.

I would like the design to be responsive so that it automatically formats to mobile screens.
