Book Cover Design Brief

We need a book cover design in formats compatible with Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop (vector file that can be edited). I have attached a Power Point file with the general design features for the front and back covers and photographs to be used in the book cover. The cover size is 6" wide by 9" high (same size as the attached Power Point file). The book cover should have the same format including photos as the attached file with a similar color scheme. We are looking for a sky blue background then title text in a complementary darker blue. The other color elements (borders around photos) can be the same darker blue or dark gray. We are looking for better text types/styles for the title than those is the attached file. All three lines of the title should have the same width (1st line - thicker text, 2nd line - white italics on dark background, 3rd line - narrow text). The dark background on the 2nd line would ideally have some texture or style like a trail. On the back cover, written paragraphs should remain in Ebrima font.
