Signage Design Brief

Need signage for a new crowd sourced restroom
experience manager program.
These signs will be installed in customer restrooms to communicate with visitors and ask for feedback if experience does not meet expecations.
use attached as guide. Need to be able to easily change QR, TEXT# as well as place customer logo on the left side.

Additionally please make wording on the left read;

with clean and prepared restrooms.
