Book Cover Design Brief

We need a custom book cover instead of the boring stock cover that was available on CreateSpace.
The current cover can be seen at:

We like this cover in general (the colors, general layout and picture), but you can see it needs help with the spacing of the Authors names and general design. Also, since it is stock, someone else could have the same cover. It is for business executives so it should be classy. It should communicate that it is for executives. The book is only available in soft cover.
