Art Design Brief

We need to spruce up/freshen up our advertising. We want to see some creative designs for full page (8.5X11 inches) advertisements to be published in various print and online outlets- as well as printed and used as general handouts.
Our company provides employee benefits for school districts (School administrators, teachers.. etc.) The advertisements should reflect the education industry through its stock images, colors etc. We are interested in seeing more traditional ads/flyers as well as super creative and different versions!
I will attach an example of a previous ad we've used as well as our logo.

• clean and clear design

Should not have

• Can not change the colors in the logo
