Logo Design Brief

I would like a modern design for a new website that will be an online form creation and hosting site. The site will use html technology and h5forms is short for html 5 online forms.
I like the Microsoft/google colour scheme - blue/red/orange and green. That is just a preference, so it's definitely not a must have if you have another colour scheme that you think would suit better.
