Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a web based company called "Demergo". We are an ecommerce technology supplier to independent sales organizations. In other words, our web product is used by dealers across the US to sell products to their customers.

This logo is for OUR company, not our technology. In the pursuit of sales, we need to tell dealers about our software technology, and our business proposition. This log is for our "About Us" corporate website.

The name "demergo" is a latin word (tongue in cheek), meaning "I owe a debt".
