Graphic Design Brief

SuperFoods is looking for a tri-fold menu design (6 total pages) for our start-up catering business in Southern New Jersey. Designs should be informative, colorful, appealing, and represent the overall SuperFoods concept:

“The vision of SUPERFOODS is to provide high quality organic nutrient dense food, juices, and snacks at affordable prices in a positive, fun, and educational environment inspiring a revolution of optimal health and well-being.”

Superfoods is a Revolutionary catering/take-out concept offering a simple, customizable menu for customers who appreciate a modern approach to traditional food but also place a high priority on health, taste, affordability, and convenience.

Target Market(s)

Superfoods primary market consists of on-the-go health conscious eaters and those with food allergies. They are deliberate about their eating choices, value quality and convenience, and are willing to pay more for those qualities. We provide Real Food for Real People in the rapidly growing segment of the health conscious dining industry.

Requirements

Must have

• The tri-fold (6 total pages) catering menu brochure must include our name and We Are SuperFoods logo that has been attached.
  You are free to pick and choose our personal pictures of salads, juices, snacks, etc. which are also attached.
  The list of various SuperFoods benefits on the back page of brochure (also added to the uploaded files).
  Actual menu items and descriptions (uploaded file section)
  Unique, easy to read (legible), fun, and eye-catching font. Please include the following saying, "Real Food for Real People"
  
  Front cover (First page) should be the We Are SuperFoods logo and space for contact information (You can choose to include pictures of various SuperFoods, fruits, and vegetables or choose from our personal pictures that are attached)
  Pages 2 through 5 should each include our various menu items - all information has been attached:
  (Page 2 - Information/pictures with names and descriptions of the SuperFood smoothies, Page 3 - Information/pictures on the Fresh organic juices with names and descriptions, Page 4 - Information/pictures on the Super Charged Salads with names and descriptions, Page 5 - Information/pictures on additional packaged and prepared menu items)
  Page 6 (Back cover - the attached list of various SuperFood benefits - maybe a picture of the We Are SuperFoods spinner game - attached file)

Nice to have

• It would be nice for the brochure to incorporate the colors in the SuperFoods seed of life logo and/or greens, oranges (colors of vegetables). Should you come across a stunning photograph that would benefit brochure, we would entertain that idea of including that photo.

Should not have

• Too much open or empty space.
