Logo Design Brief

I'm working on a restaurant concept. The serving style will be similar to Panda Express. However, this will be a Thai cuisine not Chinese. The word "Chai" means "yes" in Thai. My goal is to create a clean, healthy, delicious, fast, and affordable food for local people in Smyrna, GA. I plan to also have a homemade products like curry paste, hot sauce, .... and thought is to brand them "Red Curry Paste by Chai" ... My target customers are nearby residents, health conscious, and foodies.
