Logo Design Brief

We are a new sport club in our community. The rise in popularity of Olympic style weightlifting has presented my gym with the unique opportunity to start the Weyburn Weightlifting Club. Our goal is to first develop a youth program for athletes ages 12 and up. From there, we will add older groups as interest grows.

Our program will benefit any athlete looking to improve their performance by developing an elite level of fitness. We will also offer the opportunity for athletes to compete in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting.

We need a logo that we can build a brand around - that re-enforces our culture of hard work, discipline and personal growth.

Must have

• We are looking for a logo that is clean and crisp - something that stands out and will look good on our apparel and website. Youth athletes need to feel "cool" with wearing our gear to school.
• - Integrate the circle shape to reflect the weight plate.
• - Vintage, timeless fonts.
• - Image of a man doing the snatch or clean and jerk.
