Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company based in MI called 'Get Movin'. We developed a real estate platform that is for home buyers and sellers. They can do all the work on their own using our platform that basically takes the place of an agent. We also have agents on staff monitoring each transaction making sure everything is done properly. We need the logo to be recognizable by itself as well as fit on real estate signs with out overpowering the rest of the for sale info.
