Web Design Brief
I need a new FULLY FUNCTIONING website design. I own www.dessconbuilders.com .
My information is there, but as you can see its a very basic site. I would like to create a new fresh page, Sophisticated , elegant , different and easy to navigate. A site that when future clients see it will be impressed and motivated to hire me as their contractor. I specialize on dental office constructions , but I also do medical, commercial and custom homes residential. I have my company logo design which I am providing. I have windows and mac format if needed.
STYLE/DESIGN AESTHETICS:
- I'd like to see NEW FRESH DESIGN OF THE PAGES (not a copy or simple improvement of the current site)
- Colors up to the designer but based it on my brand or logo colors.
INFORMATION:
I am still in the process of updating some information on the site. For contest purposes, you can use the information I have on my current website. The winner will be then update the content information during the handover.
DELIVERABLES :
- CODED/ Functioning website
- I would also require assistance from the winner to upload the files to my hosting
- The winner can expect more work as I am keen finding a designer who would collaborate with me in maintaining and updating the site in the future.

- Thank you for your submissions. Please check the updates on the brief. In summary:
a) Contest is for a Coded Website; Winner will also help with making the site live
b) Fresh New page design is preferred - do not copy the existing site
c) Contents will be updated (I am working on the information updates) So during the contest you can use the current info but expect this to be updated on/before handover.
d) Future work opportunity awaits the winner as I need someone who will update the site for me.
