Logo Design Brief

Hi! I really want to get this logo perfected! I am a massage therapist and want my logo to reflect my country (New Zealand) the different people I massage - athletes, corporates, everyday people. PLEASE change the hand! I love the design inside the hand. I do not like the way the words are fitting with it. Please change how the words and the hand come together. Maybe it needs to be in a new font! I need the words to say 'Alleviate'. It would be good if you can fit in the words 'massage clinic'.
