Logo Design Brief

Develop a logo for what world be One of the biggest startups and tech conferences in the US and Latin America. This event will unite entrepreneurs (hustlers), tech developers (hackers), and artists or UX, UI, industrial designers (hipsters) in the same room for education tracks, hackathons, tradeshows, startups showcases, music shows etc. The vibe could resemble SXSW (South by South West) in Austin. I need to develop the visual identity of the event and later on develop a website, collateral material, stickers etc. Righ now I'm interested in a new logo that can portray the feeling of this event. The look and feel must be tech, modern. No particular color, open to suggestions. Will definetely need a logo that includes an icon that can be used without the entire logo. The name of the event is h3conference. H3 stands for, hustlers, hackers & hipsters.
