if you purchase the stock pictures, make sure the contract allows the " personal and commercial" use - then you`re free to use them, change them, wherever, whenever, and as often you want...............unless, they are already free - visit the page where you found them and read the small print next or below the pictures - most of them already mention if they are free and for what purpose
