Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a new company based in Tokyo, Japan: We will propose customer based outside Japan rare and high quality Japanese tea that can almost only be find in Japan.

Our product will be provided through a monthly Subscription Box in which there will be different Japanese tea proposed monthly along with Japanese cookie and accessory related to tea. The idea is to provide a Japanese experience to anybody interested in the Japanese culture and tea.
We would like our the design to be clean (refined?) and use 1 or 2 pastel colors only. Uses of many colors is ok only if it is subtle.
Except of the name of the company we would like to have as well some kind of mark/icon/design in addition on the logo. If I find some good image example I will try to share with you guys as soon as I can.

Finally, we are ok to have the name written as 1 word (tasteajapan) or 2 words (tastea japan).
