Logo Design Brief

We have established a new company that provides strategic assistance to small companies that are rapidly growing and need assistance to make the transition to larger businesses. Entrepreneurs who are leading rapidly growing companies often do not have the time to devote to the strategic analysis and development of processes and reporting systems that will support them in keeping control of their business as it grows from a relatively small enterprise into a mid sized operation.  Typically they are market focused and have not built the leadership team and infrastructure necessary to operate as a medium sized company.  We will assist these individuals to transition to larger businesses by providing them with experience and assistance in resolving their internal development so they can focus on their product and customer relationships.

Target Market(s)

Our services will be provided to Australian companies who have an established product or service that is growing. They will want to expand their business but may not know how and are seeking assistance from people who have already successfully undertaken the journey so that they can leverage that experience and avoid expensive mistakes.. Our experience will help them navigate the challenges of transitioning from a small company to a mid sized company by providing executive mentorship, experienced directors for their corporate and/or advisory boards as well as undertaking strategic transformation projects.
