Logo Design Brief

We are predominantly a residential home builder based in Melbourne, Victoria Australia. We construct houses, apartments, townhouses, multi-unit developments.

The name of the company is "Unik Constructions"
My company believes in building unique construction projects mainly residential homes. The target customers are upmarket Melbourne residents/investors.

I want the brand name "Unik" to be part of the logo. There's no need to put the word construction in the logo at this stage.

I would also like some ideas for a slogan e.g. "Just build it." or "We build quality homes." But I would like something unique and different for a slogan not the same old cliche.
