Illustration Design Brief

Need a coloring book for kids with illustrations demonstrating water safety. Asking for two illustrations. Choose two from the following themes. The name of the theme chosen should appear on the illustration. Example:

LEARN ABOUT SWIMMING:
Wear personal flotation devices if you do not know how to swim.

Choose Two Themes from below and Submit Two Illustrations:
1. Learn how to swim.
2. Wear personal flotation devices if you do not know how to swim.
3. Always swim with a buddy.
4. Don't swim without supervision or a lifeguard.
5. Don't run.
6. Do not dive.
7. Do not swim during a storm.
8. Avoid dunking or hanging on to another swimmer.
9. Always know and follow the rules.


The characters can be named Ken and Kendra and should be kids as opposed to fish, mermaids, etc. We want kids to be able to relate to kids.

All illustrations should center around a swimming pool as opposed to the ocean, lake or river. Our ambition is to start a series of coloring books involving different bodies of water.

Must have

• The themes listed above should be centered around a swimming pool as opposed to a lake, ocean, river setting. We will be asking for designs in those settings in the future.
• Illustrations should be black and white.

Nice to have

• Ken and Kendra are brother and sister.
• Would like them to have parents too. Would like the names to mean water. The family would be a recurring theme throughout other coloring books.
