Logo Design Brief

I'm looking for a logo design to be used with a grain farming business.

The logo should include representation of a wheat or soybean plant. Some form of design should represent growth and stability. Plants, crops, rock, roots are examples of something that could be represented, but any other ideas to represent the grain farm would be considered

The logo should be fairly simple, look good on the side of a vehicle and on a hat.

The logo portion should be able to stand alone without the words in some instances.

Ideas are,

it should represent growth… plant/crop growth, farm growth, business growth, relationship growth? …. Wheat plant? Soybean plant?

And/or

It should represent stability, structure, and established?....... Rocks, Roots?
