Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a premium Arizona BBQ Restaurant / Sauce concept.
I have attached some images of styles that I like.

A crisp text of the company name I want to be the focus with an elegant sideways pig and the date 2017 included as our founding date. I like the layout of the rum bottle attached replacing the ship with a pig but please let your artistic abilities take control. A gold metallic font is also desired or bronze colored. Color of the middle BBQ sauce in the group of three in image I attached.

Please use all attached images as guidance for the logo when it comes to font and style
