Book Cover Design Brief

Looking for a front cover design for a booklet on the management of delirium. This conference is for healthcare staff learning about the day to day struggles of managing patients that are in a delirious state.

The booklet will be A5 sized and will go into the attendees gift bags and be advertised on a self serve kiosk desk top on a book stand. The booklet front cover needs to be catchy and make a wow factor for the attendees. I would like the attendees to walk away with the booklet showing their friends and family how amazing it is. I need people walking past be so impressed they will come over to have a look at the booklet and pick up a company business card.
