Logo Design Brief

We would like a logo for our new dental practice. I would like it to both say "Jacksonville Complete Dentistry" and also have a logo that has the letters "JCD" somewhere. I would like some characterization for the logo part itself (potentially shadowing, shading, etc.). I would like it relatively simple. I would like the text to be in blue, beige, silver, or some variation. I would like it to be professional, modern, and bold. The practice is a few miles from the beach but is not overly "beachy" in theme. Some examples attached of logos that we have liked in the past.
