As you did not provide any concept, it was not quite what I had in mind. As you can see some of the comments I have made, I suggested to people to look at some clouds especially during dusk time to see the " silver lining". It is the ray of hope that we guarantee to give our clients through the coaching experience..The logo should depict that ray of hope.
You may wish to refine your logo.
