Web Design Brief

I'm looking to build a video blogger website I want cool, unique design. The ability to add banners on top of page. I would like to use embedded videos from sources like YouTube etc with the ability to share on social media . If needed I can provide example sites upon request. Like / dislike button similar to YouTube and Video View counter .10-15 pages with the availability to add more pages as site grows. I want the overall outline of the site to be original, but I want banners and all functions all to be done in WordPress. But I don't want a completely WordPress website due to certain limitations. Please no cookie cutters!!
