Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for our company's brand. It's not company logo.
It's logo for some items (products) — so called "Umbrella brand".
"Umbrella" — it's only marketing term, it's mean that brend "CAS" will be consolidate (aggregate) other our brand. It is not necessary to have some connection with umbrella(as an object).
We have some OTM (Own Trade Mark):
1) FilipinoSun — dried fruits from Philipines
2) Viga — Coffee of own roast (buy grain, roast, pack and sell it by ourselves).
3) Sun Emotions — Nuts and exotic fruits (are planned)
We need general logo for this products as umbrella brand.
Notice: all products has own trade mark (find in attach).
Brand name = CAS (first letters of the surnames of the company owners).
It is necessary to do: visualization of the letter designation.
A strict laconic design.
One or two colors.
