Flyer Design Brief

I need an A5 double sided flyer LANDSCAPE - design for door to door leaflet dropping / marketing to local businesses.
Our main aim is to promote our ‘Managed IT Support’ services to local small and medium businesses.
Our secondary aim is to promote our additional services which are internet/communications and cloud services. We want to mention these services but they are only secondary therefore need to take a smaller focus and not detract from the main message of the flyer.
