Logo Design Brief

I would like something similar to the attachment only with individuals with different positions in a company but still standing in a ring holding handssuch as:

A Manger (suit/tie)
Office staff (lady dress or pants)
A supervisor (clipboard/pencil in ear)
A workman x3 people(hard hat)

They just need small identifies as seen in the brackets or something similar. I like the simplicity of the attached logo as it needs to be non cultural as it is for a audience in a few countries.
