I want to ask if psd file ( photoshop) with layers could also work or you want only vector graphic?

do you want a background picture - or even more than one? if Yes - what kind of: cartoon-ish, abstract, scenery, ...whatever ???.....how many colors max for the whole thing? .......Oh yes, and to show you`re serious about paying for the trouble, time, and effort invested, guaranteeing the payment would be a fine gesture on your part.
