I have started mocking up some designs for your project but it would be really helpful if you could attach the .PNG or .AI file of your logo. Also if you could describe or add images of what you intend to place in the content of your newsletter?

Sorry forgot to answer the 2nd part

The photo sizes really depend on the design of your newsletter. I've been using standard templates from mail chimp, one big one picture as a banner then three smaller pictures underneath.

I've attached existing - but I want a much cleaner + modern look. The templates don't work for our website.
